Free shipping, free stickers, & free love at the Birbigs Store
Dear friends,
If you’re like me, you do all your Christmas shopping on December 24th at Target. I surprise loved ones with zesters, 12 packs of Fanta, and large bags of Funyons, made with no artificial flavors or colors.
Or maybe you’re not like me. Maybe you’re like my brother Joe. You email your siblings spreadsheets of gifts you’d like months in advance. You start sentences like, “You know what would be a great gift you could get me…” In other words, you’re classy.
Christmas tree, and a little creepy under mine?
And if you’re really like my brother Joe, then one day you think, “Hey, maybe I can take my brother’s jokes and print them on attractive merchandise. I can set up stacks of posters on my brother’s kitchen table for him to autograph, and offer 6 exclusive holiday bundles, free shipping on orders over $50, and free stickers.”
And if I were your brother, I’d say, “That sounds like a great idea.”
Have a great holiday, everyone!
love-

Mike Birbiglia, my brother and I laughed over and over about “in other words, you’re class.” So funny!
The thing about Target is so true, my whole family does that. It will be 7:30 Christmas eve and my dad will be off at Target getting my brother a belt or me my mom some socks.
You’re the best Birbigs and have a great holiday. I might just take Joe Bags up on his bundle offer as well.

Hey Mike,
Is your “I’m in the Future Also” tour mostly over? Will you be spending time at home(in NYC)this December and in early ’10? [I'm more comfortable knowing that you're close by.]

So, I know this is really awkward, but I really wanted to tell you, I was working at my stepmom’s bookshop on Turkey Day in Vermont, and this woman and a man walked up to the counter to pay for their items, and she put down her credit card and I noticed her last name and said something like, “Birbiglia, that’s one of my favorite comic’s last name.” and she looked at me and said, “that’s my son.” So, after a long conversation with your parents, I wanted to drop a note and tell you that they speak very highly of you and you’re very lucky to have them. Hope you have a great holiday season… feel free to shoot me an email- if that’s something you do.

Hi Mike,
Just caught your act when you were on Just For Laughs. I don’t laugh at much standup, but your set made me consistenly laugh. Great stuff.
Does free shipping include your friendly neighbors from the North?
Cheers!
